And, without introduction (I have a longer post scheduled for tomorrow)–here’s what I ate on Halloween!
Lunch: Vegan sandwich with baba ganoush from Karlijn’s Kitchen, orange
Afternoon snack: Simple popcorn made with canola oil and salt
Supper: Slightly burnt salmon burger on a gluten-free bun with mayonnaise and baby lettuce, carrots and local broccoli
And immediately thereafter, two butterfinger cups. My roommate got some candy to give to trick-or-treaters and decorated the door. We had one group come by.Have you tried those Butterfinger cups? They’re like Reese’s, but with crunchy toffee. I decided I wasn’t a huge fan, but I’m not much of a fan of Butterfingers in general.
