Low-FODMAP Christmas Cookie Recipes I’m Definitely Saving

It seems silly to put up low-FODMAP Christmas cookies in my Caterpillar Crawl at the end of December.

I’m actually not doing much holiday baking this year; I’m letting other people do the baking and cooking for me!

So I thought I’d bop by with just a couple Christmas cookie recipes while you still have time to do a little holiday baking before the 25th. Especially if all of the cookies your friends and family made aren’t FODMAP-friendly!

(Be sure to use regular cane sugar in place of coconut sugar in all recipes, as coconut sugar has not yet been tested for FODMAPs but is suspected to be high-FODMAP.)

You think I’d be sick of cookie recipes….

    HA!

Only now instead of eating my own baking, I’m currently engulfing in ALL of mama’s baking. Can’t get enough. Merry Christmas Joyce <3

I’m thinking I might have to do some cookie baking in January. 😉 Gingerbread is still acceptable in January, right?
